Upon account termination for cause, 25ph2 may withhold any balance pending investigation. If termination is not for cause, or if an investigation concludes with no findings of wrongdoing, any legitimate balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable processing period.

You may close your 25ph2 account voluntarily at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure with no outstanding issues, any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. 25ph2 operates in compliance with PAGCOR regulations and all applicable Philippine gaming, data privacy, anti-money laundering, and consumer protection laws.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or any breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of written notice, either party may submit the dispute to the appropriate courts of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause prevents 25ph2 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights or prevent imminent harm.
